15 Minute reiki sessions to help relieve anxiety, stress, help with nightmares, and concentrating. These sessions are done through email. Please have your child reading a book, playing quietly, or even sleeping; I just ask that they are not watching television during the session. I will message the email I have on file to receive permission to start the session.

From anywhere in the world we can cleanse chakras, and release negative debris that is blocking your chakras. you will relax in the comfort of your own home, and I will channel your energy to provide reiki healing. Distance Reiki Healing works the same way as if you were seeing me in person. Reiki knows no boundaries or barriers; a distance Reiki is as strong as a hands on Reiki Session. No Report is Included.

HOW DOES A DISTANCE SESSION WORK?
I ASK THAT YOU BE AS RELAXED AS YOU CAN AT HOME, WITH AS LITTLE DISTRACTIONS AS POSSIBLE. I ALWAYS SUGGEST TAKING A BATH, HAVING A YOGA FLOW, MEDITATING, OR TAKING A NAP. NO TV, BUT READING IS OKAY - IT’S JUST VERY HARD ON YOUR END TO CONCENTRATE AS THE ENERGY STARTS TO FLOW. I WILL EMAIL YOU 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE OUR SESSION TO GET PERMISSION TO START THE SESSION, AND PROVIDE DETAILS ON WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING OUR SESSION. ONCE I GET YOUR PERMISSION, I WILL SEND A LINK TO SOME MUSIC AND GET STARTED. IF YOU HAVE BOOKED IN FOR THE INTUITIVE READING AS WELL WITH YOUR REIKI SESSION, I WILL SEND YOU A DETAILED REPORT OF THE ENERGY THAT WAS CLEANSED, AND WHERE I BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE ENERGY IS COMING FROM, AND HOW IT IS PRESENTING IN YOUR PHYSICAL BODY

How Does a Distance Session Work?
I ask that you be as relaxed as you can at home, with as little distractions as possible. I always suggest taking a bath, having a yoga flow, meditating, or taking a nap. No TV, but reading is okay - it’s just very hard on your end to concentrate as the energy starts to flow. I will email you 5-10 minutes before our session to get permission to start the session, and provide details on what you can expect during our session. Once I get your permission, I will send a link to some music and get started. If you have booked in for the Intuitive Reading as well with your Reiki Session, I will send you a detailed report of the energy that was cleansed, and where I believe the negative energy is coming from, and how it is presenting in your physical body.

In this 60 Minute Distant SessioN, I will channel reiki energy, clearing any blockages, stagnant energy, and dis-ease that has built in your energetic body over time. You will receive an emailed report at the end of our session explaining what shadow work started to come up in our session. what you need to let go of, what ego presented. where boundaries need to be set for better protection. what cords I would suggest cutting. Where you are holding yourself back from reaching your Highest Potential.
This reading is all about self relfection - you must be ready to hear what needs to change in order to release old patterns, and ego. we cannot Change Anyone but ourselves, so lets dive into our shadow work.
